About
KRV was established by Kendall Russ in 2026. Kendall has built a strong reputation valuing commercial and residential properties in the Bay of Plenty and South Waikato since 2002 with particular expertise in Development Land, Large Scale Industrial and Portfolio valuations.
Kendall is a sports nut. He is often found on the cricket sidelines coaching and supporting local teams, mountain biking the Whakarewarewa Forest trails or water skiing the Blue Lake slalom course.

Martyn is a farmer's son who after studying Land Economy at Cambridge University in England qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. After immigrating to New Zealand in 2000 Martyn obtained status as a Registered Valuer and has practiced in Rotorua since 2004 with a focus on Rural assets, specialisation in Māori Land, compensation and legal valuation matters. He is a member of the Land Valuation Tribunal.
Away from work his rural expertise is tested by a lifestyle block opposite Whakarewarewa Forest allowing for daily dog walks otherwise known as wallaby hunting. A regular on the golf course, and snooker table whenever the dog allows him.
